Hello I can't battle in Journey guide and really need that bug to be fix thank you

Hello, when i try to battle for commander luke skywaker , even though i have the necessary requirements( lvl 45 and all characters needed upgraded with lightspeed tokens) ut still says ,, battle locked,, i rebooted changed the journey, every thing, but nothing works
