Journeys not working

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. What device are you playing on? Just to be clear, this is only happening with events in the Journey Guide?

Playing on iOS. Yes, only happening in Journey Guide.EA_Aljo​ 

Have you tried going into a different mode and starting a battle? That may sync your game so the battle button works.

Just tried that. Played a Mod Battle, then went back and tried Journey battle. Still doesn’t work.EA_Aljo​ 

Have you tried using the PC version? Just curious if it's also missing from there.

Also, try switching between wireless and data or turn on Airplane Mode for a moment and then go back to your normal connection. Make sure you force close SWGOH first.

Thanks for trying. I'm looking into this for you, but might not have an update until tomorrow. I recommend trying another device or playing on PC in the meantime. I'll let you know when I have an update.

Okay thank you! FYI, just tried playing online on now.gg and on BlueStacks. Journey’s still don’t work on either.EA_Aljo​ 

Can you try downloading the EA App and playing through that? We don't officially support Bluestacks.
