None of my solo Journeys are working. I click on the “Battle” button and nothing happens. I’ve tried closing and reopening the game. I’ve even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Nothing’s worked.

Have you tried going into a different mode and starting a battle? That may sync your game so the battle button works.
On a brand new Samsung s26 ultra and only in journey guide as far as I've seen
yes its only the maul Journey guide who is block. I can’t do the second part. I can’t click the button to start the second phase. It says battle lock
Hello, Any time I try to start a Journey in the Journey Guide the button doesn't work. I am getting the sound when I click the button but nothing happens. And this is for all of the journey quests, not just one particular one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is for the PC version of the game

I am on my phone currently and having the same issue. I’ve sent email and tried to get in contact with live support and received nothing so far.
hopefully they can get it figured out. I have a friend also playing on PC who is not experiencing any issues but according to the forums it seems like its a larger issue.

i was grinding the journey then used a lightspeed went off the app went back to play some more then it stopped working

Started a second game but its bugged, won't let me start any of the journey guide legendary missions. Ally code 918936419.

As of about the last 12 hours, I have been unable to do any journey quest battles. This includes some that I am trying to start (R2D2) and others that I have already completed. The button will show green, but I cannot go to the next screen and select my characters for battle. It does nothing.
I’ve force closed the app and had no success. I did log into an account that has progressed much further and am not having the same issue.

Seems I am unable to do any journey battles
I restarted the app, uninstall and reinstall, cleared cache, forced stopped the app. All without it fixing it.
I was able to do them roughly 2 days ago.
