Journeys not working

Thanks for investigating—please try to do something quickly. Meanwhile, we’re falling behind in our shard, as others are able to access Journeys.

Has anyone experienced this yet? I kept trying to do other events and they worked but for some reason the journey ones aren’t working.. (palps, yoda, R2, etc…)

I am also having issues with being able to play the Journey Guide Battles. The button is green and makes the click sound when pressing it, but nothing happens. Can’t even play ones I’ve already made progress in, even though I meet all the requirements.

Sent a help request earlier, and had a notification there was a response but can’t find anywhere to read it. Still can’t get the Journey battles to work, though every other battle works fine.

Can no longer begin any Journey battle. This includes battles I've previously completed, and ones that I have yet to, but not qualify for.

I THINK this began after went from playing on Android to PC.

I have tried:

1. Logging in and out of pc and android
2. Uninstalling/Reinstalling both android and pc
3. Linking/unlinking my account
4. Changing to different Journeys, of all kinds and stages

Ive been unable to complete my Revan for 2 days now, and have tried every fix I could think of or could find. Best I can figure is that some tutorial kicked in on PC that has me locked somehow.

I've been having the same issue for about 24 hours. I've tried on Android and Windows, uninstalled and reinstalled app, all with no luck.

I’m having the same issue on IOS as well.

I started a new account today and bought the hyperdrive bundle and everything was fine. But after I bought the Shadows of the empire lightspeed bundle the battle button no longer works for the journey guides. I can hear the sound when I press it but nothing is happening. I have tried restarting my game 3 times and that has also not worked.

I have the prompt to do battle in some journey guides but it won’t load, tried restarting/ uninstalling etc no success.
