Kix Explosive Reponse upgrades

Kix Explosive Response lvl 8 uprade introduces the targeting of an ally to assist with more dmg. I have the ability lvl 7 only and still have to target an ally to use the abiliy, which does nothing.
FIX: remove the condition to select an ally pre lvl 8 upgrade
