Komme nicht mehr in mein ACC

Seit einer Woche komme ich nun nicht mehr in mein Account rein und das nervt total...

Habe alles tollen Tipps schon ausprobiert mit Neustarten, bei installieren, Cache leeren und Zeit umstellen und auch alle möglichen Kombinationen daraus, aber nichts hilft...

Wann fix ihr endlich das Problem???

Ich habe viel Geld in dieses Spiel gesteckt und das macht das ganze persönlich noch viel frustrierender für mich...

    Hi there, 

    There was an issue last week which stopped people from accessing their account (mostly on Android) which should now be fixed. The below steps helped players get back into the game:

    1. Change the phone date to 11 Jul or earlier.
    2. Log in to the game
    3. Click on Settings (upper left ). Connection button is now available. Click on it and connect to your google account.
    4. You should now have access to your original account. You can now restore the date.

     

    If this doesn't work for you, can you provide any error messages or anything you receive when you attempt to log in?
