Every time I make a purchase either in the shipments section of the game or while upgrading my character, there's a lag for about 2 or 3 seconds where I can't do anything in game

This is STILL an issue. I just attempted to get my crystals refunded through EA Help and they were of no assistance. If you ever get paired with Pawan2, expect there to be ZERO movement or resolution. They provided canned copy/paste responses and dismissed the lag as a non-issue stating "Well there is no such lagging issue reported by any player." Then they changed their story when I provided them the link to this thread and the Reddit thread. What a joke.
