Can someone explain to me what to do if support has been silent for 4 days already and the forum is half-dead?I'm having issues with my new account:
- the ship tutorial is completely stuck
- the legendary event is unavailable
- half the buttons in the game don't work
- the game is asking me to do things that unlock at account level 60, but I'm only level 49?!?!??! How is that even possible???
- after the 10th anniversary update the game started lagging/freezing horribly with constant disconnects.
The forum threads are a whole separate blockbuster tragedy. Where am I supposed to report these problems?!
