Leviathan reinforcement bonus working for non-Sith ships

The reinforcement bonus for Leviathan states it applies to reinforcing Sith ships. Non-Sith ships are stunning when entering. Below screenshots show this. First is after TIE Bomber reinforced and was destroyed by my use of sabotage hangars. The second is after TIE Defender entered after enemy used seize the bridge.
