Light side clone on a level 3 dark side DTC

In the datacron info for a level 9 specific character mechanics, it is stated that the this level 9 mechanics works only if the previous level mechanics are activated ( and relic 5).  For all light side clone, Cody, Ct5555 and CRA, the mechanism should not be activated since the level 3 is obviously dark side. Either, level 9 mechanism is not usable for these 3 characters or the DTC info is incorrect. Maybe it’s already on incoming display fix or already reported ?
