Losing offers due to game reset after claiming kessel run rewards.

Claimed my kessel run rewards and when I went back to the game I went to the main hub. An offer popped up for a free 1000 crystals. As I went into the menu to accept this pack my game said "you've been logged into another device" and reset my game. I did not receive the crystals and this offer is not in my shop.
