I purchased the R2-D2 LSB on June 4th this year and I never got my content. It said I was never charged but I was and can provide proof of purchase and charge. I don't want a refund, I just want the stuff I bought. Can you help?

I'm in the same situation at the moment, purchased the 501st bundle, got charged and never received the items. It's been nearly 5 days going back and forth with the chat with my valid proof of purchase but it's like an automated bot reply every single time. Did you have better luck?
