When using this ability against an enemy with 6 stacks of purge, if the target dies from the attack Marrok will not reset his cooldown for Desperate Getaway.
"Consume all stacks of Purge on the target enemy. If 6 stacks were consumed this way, reset this ability's cooldown."

I think this is designed, as it is the same with every inquisitor. For example, ninth sister uses her first special, gets a kill on a unit with 6 stacks of purge, and doesn't get any HoTs.
