Missing Episode Pass

So I purchased the Eposide track on my android this morning, the money left my bank account but I don't have access to the Episode pass. Those 20 Kleya Marki on step 1 would boost my level allowing access to higher rewards on the 1st day. Of course I messaged EA help in game & the AI closed my conversation saying "wait 24 hours". This is a very impersonal reply considering you took my money and it hinders my progress in game. Some feedback would be good considering I've been playing the game for a decade. Thanks
