Missing Episode Track rewards

Despite clicking on the icon to claim the 160 Bronzium Wiring for completing tier 17 of the Episode Track, I never received the rewards. It shows as claimed, but I only have 1 Bronzium Wiring which I got from the Scavenger. I have been in contact with EA support for 4 days now and they have not been helpful, as they keep sending me the same link for troubleshooting and refuse to just send the missing rewards to my inbox like any other game support would do.
