Missing omicron materials

Good afternoon. Two packs of "Dr. Afra" and "The Great Inquisitor" were purchased. After completing the quests, which included omicron rewards of 6 omicrons per quest, I had 75 omicrons before the quests, and I was supposed to have 87 omicrons after the quests, but only 5 omicrons were added, and I now have 80 omicrons. I took screenshots because this is not the first time I've noticed that the rewards sometimes don't increase.
