Missing purchases!

I made 2 purchases today for era material bundles 71-80 1 at ea store and got email confirmation but not showing up in the game and bought the same thing on my iPad and got charged from my apple gift card but the purchase didn’t show up in the game. I entered it in the game problem tracker and got a short message will look in to it and will get a response in 24 hrs. The purchases show up in the game within 5 minutes usually BUT NOT TODAY!. I’m out 35$
