You will notice that there is no entry for 2/26/2026. I have played this event every day. I am very careful to ensure I get my Vel up to 5 stars on the last day of the marquee event. I know I completed tier 3 of the event on that particular day. When I noticed my shards were missing, I raised my concerns with EA Help. This started 3 days ago.
On the same day, my account was hacked, and someone maliciously spent my whole crystal balance, leaving me with only 26 crystals when I noticed during my evening energy refresh. My balance was up around 3000 crystals. I received 1500 crystals by way of recompense. You were able to show how the crystals were spent, but this was not done by me, and I am the only occupant of my residence.
So a lot has been going on in my SWGOH. All I am asking for are the missing 5 Vel Sartha shards, which will save me from having to spend 1299 crystals.
