Mods disappearing after equipping them

I assume you are a returning player and you have not played for a few years? 

Is there a way for you to see if they were somehow transported onto another character? I saw another report somewhat recently of an old bug resurfacing where someone's mods got all mixed up.

This was an issue months ago with mods for returning players. Are the mods landing in your inbox by any chance? 

Nothing in my inbox either. All equipped mods disappeared completely and then the current issue I’m having now is just making them disappear entirely. 

Hello, unfortunately all my mods on all characters have disappeared and now whenever I try to equip a mod, it vanishes either after a restart or after I equip another mod. Equipping several mods through loadout causes them all to disappear after a restart. To be clear, disappeared mods don't appear back in the list of available mods, they're just gone. I have recently returned to the game after leaving in 2019 and my only unusual action was to link EA account, as far as I can tell. Disappearing mods are both those I had from before and new ones that I receive now. I tried equipping mods both on PC and on my Android phone, to the same result. Attaching a video example from phone. I reported this to in-game support and was told to report it here as well. Same kind of issue for me, all my mods disappeared.

I've downloaded the game after few years not playing.  The mods were on my character but a day later : All gone. 

What happened for the players with the same issue months ago ? EA_Gunner​ (no mods in my inbox or anywhere)

Just returned after years... all mods gone after i went back 2nd time
