I have the same issue on my characters. I returned to the game about 5 days ago after not playing for a few years. All of my equipped mods have disappeared. Any newly equipped mods also disappear right away. When I equip the mods, I would get an error saying that the app needed to restart with error code 9.25.
I got a ton of Era upgrade items that allows me to upgrade all the era characters by 20 levels or so, but nervous about the mods issue. Didn’t get word that it is fixed so I still have to test that out.
Update - problem still persists when attaching mods
NOT FIXED AT ALL.
I just put a new mod on a new character and it disappeared as soon as i restarted the game 5 min later...
