I raised this through chat support too. Long standing player returning after several year break. Mods all disappeared and when applying new mods, they disappear too.

Update from this comment. I seem to have a fix now. I can apply mods without them disappearing.
I also received an in app message with a huge number of mods however there are 2 issues with this:
- Because the list was so huge, and there's a mod inventory storage cap, I had to sell / assign loads in my inventory just to receive the sent mods. They should have done these messages in batches to make it more manageable.
- It was NOT my full list of mods. I'm still missing so many of my high end mods I previously had. (Annoyingly, it seems to have prioritised the lower end mods in what has been returned)
I wonder if it's because of the mod inventory cap that I only received partial of what was I was missing but I still wouldn't consider this fully resolved for me.
