Same for me. I returned a few days ago and haven't been playing for at least a few years. Went to check my characters and all Mods were gone. I bought the HDB Bundle and got no Mods from it. Apart from that I can't seem to buy OR farm new mods as they instantly disappear after equipping.
I really hope there'll be a fix soon as playing without mods is really limited.
