Unlike the picture attacked - the webstore is sending only one 145 era character toon shards for 9999 crystals. This is misleading.
Kindly do help by sharing the other shards as well or help reverse the purchase.

If you see the original image it says 'Guaranteed 145 shards' and then shows the images of all the toons.
This pack's information has since been updated after I interacted with the Customer Service folk (who were very kind).
It has now subsequently updated (my friends tell me) to clearly reflect the message as '145 shards of one random character' unlike the initial image that I saw when I purchased the pack.
You can understand my surprise when I received one character's shards only for 9999 crystals as I thought I was slated to receive 'Guaranteed 145 shards for all the images shown'.
My kind request would be to either #1. Share the remaining shards or to reverse the transaction of 9999 crsytals or #2. To take back the 145 shards of Era Han that was allocated.
Any help will be much appreciated - once again, please note that this is the first time in 10 years that I have highlighted a specific issue nor request a reversal of any purchase/ transaction.

EA QV TeamNot sure what the issue is. Have you not received the shards or do you think you should receive 145 for every unit in the offer?
If any help can be provided by CG_Meathead will really appreciate it. Please note that this pack seems to have subsequently been updated with new words recently to reflect that only one character will drop.
Also would like to add the customer support team acknowledgement of the issue but no permission to restore or reverse the pruchase
