Was doing tier 1 of the new marquee, and at the end, got a popup for 'the game has encountered an error and needs to restart' and after the restart, the event was flagged as completed, but no rewards were given and the 55 CX-2 shards for completing it the first time were gone. so no there's 0 way to unlock other tiers since even when tier 1 resets for the day, it doesn't reward shards
