Not receiving make good

My ally code is 479-955-221 i haven't received any make good for the pillars of war Datacrons I had 2 lvl9 attacker Datacrons as well as a lvl8 healer and 1 other lvl9 cron I have received nothing. ...

I have not recieved my datacron compensation. I had multiple lvl 9 datacrons. Ally code is 329-272-434.
