Omega will lose all Target Practice when Zeroed In is lost

When using the old 'Omega' under Fugitive Omega lead, applying Zeroed In to a target and then killing that target will cause 'Omega' to lose all of her Target Practice while the rest of the BB squad keeps what they had.

Thus, avoiding using 'Adaptive Learner' becomes necessary since maintaining her Target Practice stacks is very valuable.

Additionally, this bug incentivises not fully upgrading 'Omega' as it requires her Zeta to apply Locked On in the first place, so players who have not applied this Zeta should not apply the Zeta as they have an advantage over those who made the investment
