Paz Vizsla's Second Special doesn't work as written

Paz Vizsla's second special 'Vengeful Incineration' reads "Paz gains Protection Up (50%) for 2 turns.

In reality, it doesn't give 50%. 50% should be half the Protection bar, but it isn't. This needs to be corrected.
