PC Client Connection Error

The PC Client loads just fine for me. When I get into the game I can do certain things, like open my inbox and open cantina battles. But if I try to go to the store, or Light Side Battles, or Collection or more, I receive a connection error message. I can keep trying to connect, but it doesn't work. I have to restart, but I continue to have the same results after reloading.

I have repaired, uninstalled SWGOH and reinstalled multiple times, I even completely uninstalled the EA app and reinstalled.

I have tried a Wifi connection and wired connection. I have reset my router.

I tried another PC on the same network, and it works fine. It just randomly stopped working on this PC.

  • I installed a Window update and it resolved the issue......Thanks Microsoft!!! 👎😡🤬

  • Never mind, I was able to play for a bit, then I got an error message saying the app had to be restarted and I'm back to where I was originally again.

I've tried this. I have connection to the game, just only certain parts. I can open shipments. I can open and sim cantina battles. But if I try to look at Light side battles, I get the connection error, every time. Or if I open Collection, or Store. I keep getting the same connection error. So I can obviously connect to the game and do some things, just not everything. Very strange.

  • I have the same exact problem for couple of months now, after the latest update it got worse, now I get the connection error even when launching the game, and it becomes unresponsive, repairing the client helps to log into the game only to get another error when trying to get the daily freebies from the store.
