Peridea patrol tier one says not enough credit or tickets

I have Sim enabled on all peridea patrol levels.  All the levels SIM fine except level one.  I can neither sim it nor play it. It says I don't have enough credits or tickets.  That I have tons of bot...

Your client is out of sync. Restart the app. It probably counted your first attempt to sim and gave you the rewards, so don't be surprised if it's grayed out when you go back.

    Indeed, button is now grey.  I didn't know that could happen.  Thank you.
