Pirate King Hondo Freezes and buttons disappear

Four the forth time now, my Pirate King Hondo Sqaud against a LV clones sqaud glitches. The Pirates blow through the sqaud and then the attack bottons disappear and neither sqaud can attack and the clock still counts down. Then when it times out, it just freezes and I lose the match. This has happened to many people in my guild. This is a known issue and it is getting old. When will this be fixed? Also this happened during GAC and it caused me to lose. How will that be fixed?
