Well I did it, since follow up with EA Help doubled down on going through Google Play. I got a refund, hope based on EA Help's instructions that its clear the refund is approved by you guys/them. Ive heard of chargeback situations getting accounts closed, so a little worried about that, but I guess we'll see.
