Purchased Mod Pack, Received Crystals

I purchased the Mod Select: Speed pack and instead of receiving the 4 mods, I got a bunch of crystals with a message saying I have exceed my Episode Pass+ purchase limit.

Was going to buy all the mod packs, but not if this will happen with all of them.

    Not sure why you were charged 29.99 for a 9.99 offer. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases. Please contact Apple support and request a refund.
