The bug where GM and Blessed team members can't ignore the Decoy has been reported before by me and others. It also appears to be an issue for Grand Inquisitor in TW.
GI omicron lead should allow him to ignore Taunt on enemies with 6 stacks of Purge when in TW. This didn't work in the current TW.
