Devouring Sacrifice is supposed to give all allies tenacity up. If Rebel Y wing is an ally, it doesn’t get it.

Your Y-Wing has Isolate. It can't gain buffs granted by other characters/ships. If there is a bug it's Y-Wing having Crit Chance Up. I don't think there's a way to gain it on its own turn.
