Hey!
On Friday the 21st of March I attempted to purchase the Rogue One LSB 2 pack from the web store. (Using PayPal). Payment went through, receipts received from all parties - confirmation was received in inbox in the game.. and I pressed «claim». After claiming it I got the following (see attachment), webstore still has the LSB Rogue one 2 package available.. but suffice to say, the «payout» of crystals wasn’t what I expected to receive.
any tips or thoughts on how to resolve this?

edit: attempting to buy LSB rogue one pack 1 today since I saw some suggestions in other threads… that resulted in the additional attachment (2940) as you can see.
