savage opress not soloing B2 Rocket man

Maybe I dont understand the objective, but when I do the Rocket Droid boss in conquest sector 3 with savage opress as a solo, Rocketman wont die. I can get him to zero life and keep hammering away, and yet he stands. He did die with Chirpatine squad, so not sure whats different.

    Nooch put a video out, the health bar for rocket man is in the upper corner, not on the droid like all the rest. Who knows.
