I’m having issues with not getting credit after applying an Order 66 in Sector 5. See screenshot. I’ve clearly applied it yet I’m still sitting at 0/10.
This was using LV and full DA Clones has happened on multiple nodes.

Did you apply Order 66 with CX-2? Otherwise, any Order 66 inflicted by enemies themselves doesn't count towards the feat. This is working as designed and not a bug, and applies to any feats that require inflicting a specific debuff.
