Someone please help!!! This is ridiculous!

I’ve already made two posts about this. I’m tired of repeating myself. Your support team is a joke and has shown complete incompetence on top of a lack of any effort. Here are 9 screenshots of my incredible journey of trying to get something so simple addressed. This bug has had a lasting impact on my account and is STILL affecting it today. I’m close to quitting the game if this is what I can expect from the support team.CG_Meathead​ I've also messaged you and tagged you multiple times. Where is the accountability in this company???
