Specific Anniversary quests are missing

Everything was perfectly planned, then a rare rare bug came out of nowhere.

It really ruined my day.

Due to vader not able to g10, i cant activate the attacker cron, so i use a lot mats to get him to g10, then i found that the l6 attacker effext are off because it needs everyone to g12.. i give all my resources to vader to trying tomanually upgrade to g12 but im still 100 purple mats away..

why are they doing this to me

Not sure what the issue should be. Complete all the journey quests you still have open to unlock new quests and rewards. If you completed all already, contact support to review your inventory

The problem was solved, someone told me it's because the first part of this quest chain are not completed, and i was only doing the second part, thats why it cant just unlock the empire lst in the third part which technically were locked due to it requires both first and second part of the quests to be done.

unfortunately its not mentioned in any form, i wish there is a change to clarify this kind of situation in the future, though i won't put much hope on it
