So I didn't get ability material level 7 like it shows in the game UI in screenshot provided, but im also getting a mix of feedback how its a gamble some peoples STAP came with zeta and some didn't. I'm hearing its not suppose to give zeta and others are showing in game UI it is suppose to give zeta and are getting it.

It is misleading however in the description in the paragraph it says zeta's are not applied. This sentence should not be in the paragraph but directly in the bullet points.
