Temple Guard gains critical avoidance up when isolated

Temple Guard can give himself critical avoidance up with his second special and maybe from his unique even though he's isolated, which is supposed to prevent buffs. Nothing in TG's kit says the crit avoidance up cannot be prevented, so he shouldn't be getting it.
