I'm not sure if this is a bug or working as intended due to the wording on the skill "Thesis Please".
Thesis Please
Inflict Health Down on target enemy for 2 turns. During his turn, call target other ISB ally to assist, dealing 25% more damage per Rank Major Partagaz has.
- If Major Partagaz is Rank 2 or above, all ISB allies gain Speed Up for 2 turns
- If Major Partagaz is Rank 3, also Daze the target enemy for 1 turn
If I use an ability like Dedra Meero's "Watch Your Back" to call Major Partagaz to assist or when he retaliates.
Major Partagaz uses his basic "Thesis Please" but he doesn't call anyone else to attack and he doesn't trigger the extra parts of the ability for being Rank 2 or 3.
