The ability describes them getting 30% Turn meter if they have 3 of armor plating. However it applies the 2 new stacks of armor plating and then checks if it should add turn meter.
As a result, its adding 30% turn meter when they have any stacks of armor plating, as 1 becomes 3, and 2 becomes 3 as well.
It needs to check if there are 3 stacks BEFORE adding the 2 stacks.
They are taking significantly more turns sometimes they will beam then the same unit will attack again. Their turn meter has definitely been manipulated. Era Level 55 and can't advance even with Saw and Pao present. Cats are just as bad, resisting blind and now Saw can't cleanse them of offense up. Such a wonderful game.
Anyone know if this was always the case? or just after the last update I noticed it myself and now I am scoring worse then I was before.
