I’ve contacted EA Support multiple times (case #212581590). In-game support directed me to the EA Help forum, the forum sent me back in-game, and then I was redirected again… it’s a frustrating vicious circle with no resolution in sight.
I’ve tried everything, including reaching out to Meathead, and this “Report a Bug” option is really the last avenue I haven’t explored. So here I am.
Like many others, I was triple charged for the Scorch Pack, and unfortunately, no one from CG or EA seems willing or able to address the issue. Mistakes happen, I get that, but for a game that has generated over a billion dollars in revenue, I think it’s fair to expect a better support experience.
Can we please get an update? Even an acknowledgment that this issue exists would be a start. What’s the timeline for refunds?
