Triple charged for Scorch bundle.

I’ve contacted EA Support multiple times (case #212581590). In-game support directed me to the EA Help forum, the forum sent me back in-game, and then I was redirected again… it’s a frustrating vicious circle with no resolution in sight.

 

I’ve tried everything, including reaching out to Meathead, and this “Report a Bug” option is really the last avenue I haven’t explored. So here I am.

 

Like many others, I was triple charged for the Scorch Pack, and unfortunately, no one from CG or EA seems willing or able to address the issue. Mistakes happen, I get that, but for a game that has generated over a billion dollars in revenue, I think it’s fair to expect a better support experience.

 

Can we please get an update? Even an acknowledgment that this issue exists would be a start. What’s the timeline for refunds?

    EA Help reviewed your order history and found only one charge for the bundle. Please get in touch with your bank and ask them to review your transactions.

    Thanks for replying. It’s clearly been charged 3 times 🤷‍♂️
    How is this possible, money doesn’t just disappear?
