Triple drops not available on Nov 28th

I know this is delayed, the reason being is I was trying to handle it through the help button in game but EA was unhelpful. On Nov 28th I didn't get triple drops like everyone else did I have attached a video showing the triple drops not being available as well as the date. Again I tried to get help for it through EA but they kept closing the ticket without notifying me of a reply

    I don't know why you changed it to resolved, nothing was resolved it was only swept under the rug. The least you could do is some menial compensation considering I showed proof that I did in fact participate but wasn't given the same rewards
