I was unable to claim my daily rewards about 5 minutes before the daily reset. It kept telling me the rewards were already auto claimed and I would receive them in my inbox, but I still had a few minutes in the day and was unable to claim the "complete all" chest thing with crystals and kyros. Screenshot below shows message. Timer on reset in top left corner. I had already restarted my app to see if that would help so it went from about 5 minutes to 3
