Unable to claim mods in inbox duty to over 500 mods returned to account

After the recent issues with all mods being lost from returning accounts I had all the lost mods returned to my account via the inbox. I then sold all the mods that I had gained since the mods were lost, but I am unable to reclaim the mods as it seems over 500 mods have been lost and then returned.
