Has it been tested? Clearly, exile being put on to Ben is stopping him from disappearing and it's stopping him returning when he should revive. This is then making it impossible to kill Rey because Ben's omicron stops her dying while Ben is present...except the respawn never occurs and Ben is clearly not targetable as you can see in the video and he clearly has Exile.
