I just beat one of these with a Darth Revan lead, Sith Empire team. Rogue 1, Tuskens, GAS 501st are likely to do the job. I remember it, because I tried to do my 3 pirates feat on it and got TMed out of existence, just like you.
However, if you're struggling with speed in early sector 2.......I think you might be in trouble.
https://swgoh.gg/p/316424213/characters/ is my gg, I don't have most of those characters. I'm on normal conquest, and even when I use my fastest character, Bossk (285), I can't get anywhere near even taking a turn.
You can't get it done with CLS, Chewies and Han? Try 3po or Cpt Rex as the 5th.
After about 50 attempts and crazy RNG I was able to do it. Can't explain how but I'm glad to get past it. Sorry for whining.
