Upgrade alert icon…but

My character roster has the big red one - alerting me that I have one unit that could be upgraded .  

however I have filtered, scrolled , flipped and reversed… but not a single character unit can be upgraded in any fashion.  

EA / CG please help.   Thank you

    No I cannot increase any relics for any characters.   No zetas 

    no light speed tokens

    no omnicrons 

    no ability increases

    i have used all of the filters and still not one character to increase. 

    Please advise
